Limited opportunities to learn budgeting, saving, credit, banking, and financial decision-making before adulthood.

Students may have coaches, teachers, or other adults in their lives without a consistent network intentionally supporting their development across environments.

Many students are asked what they want to become before they’ve had meaningful opportunities to discover what’s possible.

Adolescence brings growing pressure, relationships, expectations, setbacks, and decisions without always providing spaces to process them.

Young people need places where they can contribute, lead, build relationships, serve others, and see themselves as valuable members of a community.
