POTENTIAL IS EVERYWHERE.
ACCESS ISN’T.
Young people are navigating one of the most formative periods of their lives while being asked to make increasingly important decisions about school, relationships, money, careers, identity, and their future.
Yet access to the people, experiences, knowledge, and support that help them make those decisions is not distributed equally.
THE GAP WHAT IT CAN LOOK LIKE
Financial Exposure
Consistent Mentorship
Career Exposure
Social-Emotional Support
Leadership & Belonging
Limited opportunities to learn budgeting, saving, credit, banking, and financial decision-making before adulthood.
Students may have coaches, teachers, or other adults in their lives without a consistent network intentionally supporting their development across environments.
Many students are asked what they want to become before they’ve had meaningful opportunities to discover what’s possible.
Adolescence brings growing pressure, relationships, expectations, setbacks, and decisions without always providing spaces to process them.
Young people need places where they can contribute, lead, build relationships, serve others, and see themselves as valuable members of a community.
THE YEARS THAT SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT.
Ages 12–18 aren’t simply the years between childhood and adulthood. They’re years when young people are building the habits, confidence, relationships, skills, and sense of possibility they’ll carry forward.
12 → 13 → 14 → 15 → 16 → 17 → 18
