Visionary Founder & CEO
D’Jay Scott
D’Jay Scott founded Opportunity Academy to create greater access, mentorship, and opportunity for students and athletes from diverse and underrepresented communities.
A lifelong athlete and mentor, D’Jay played football and ran track, competed professionally in the American Flag Football League, and has spent more than a decade working with youth through coaching, leadership development, and community-based programming.
Today, through Opportunity Academy, he leads programs that use athletics as an entry point for mentorship, social-emotional learning, career readiness, financial literacy, civic engagement, and leadership development, helping young people grow both on and off the field.
